Cignus LLC., is pleased to welcome Mr. Tom Styc as Director of Business & Corporate Development. Mr. Styc will lead all business development activities and pursuits with regards to the Federal Aviation Administration.
Mr. Styc has over 38 years of experience in aviation related activities. He has held successively increasing responsible positions in program management in small and medium size companies. He started his career as an air traffic controller in the Air Force, holding several positions as ATC facility chief, and Director of ATC operations for five major Air Commands. After the AF he worked as a systems engineer supporting FAA projects and then as Program Director for several contracts supporting FAA activities in acquisition and program implementation and two International contracts in Airport Communications design and ATC infrastructure upgrades. In previous positions, he was a Senior Executive managing all corporate operations with functions in Systems Engineering, Training & Simulation Systems, Learning Technologies, and Telecommunications Support Services.
