Cignus was selected by the U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) as part of a team led by TetraTech AMT to assist Mexico’s Federal Civil Aviation Agency (AFAC) in assessing and optimizing it’s civil aviation program through the use simulation models and advanced data analytics. The team will work with AFAC to define a phased national civil aviation master plan and align critical transportation infrastructure projects needed to improve aviation performance, operations, and safety as part of Mexico’s multi-year National Infrastructure Program.
Cignus will be responsible for the economic impact analysis as well as the financial analysis and strategy definition as part of this USTDA-sponsored project.
