Cignus Consulting has been selected to provide AirTOp simulation expertise to support NextGen PBN procedure implementation and analysis at Dubai International Airport. Under contract to MITRE, the study will explore various ATC and ground operational changes at DIA that are aimed at maximizing near-term airport capacity.
