Cignus is happy to announce that we are supporting the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ) in their ongoing digital transformation efforts. Cignus will be working with the PANYNJ’s various departments as well as relevant airport and aviation stakeholders to:
- Define digital data sharing and management policies and procedures
- Design and develop prototype dashboards and data analytics processes for airport-centric metrics
- Develop Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for data sharing and interfaces across stakeholder systems
- Align digital data elements and artifacts with the PANYNJ’s aviation data warehouse
- Define a digital data Enterprise Architecture (EA) for airport and aviation data management across PANYNJ
This digital transformation effort will be led by Jerry Schwinghammer, Cignus’ Director of Digital Transformation, who brings more than three decades of Executive level Airport IT and airport planning experience to the project.
