Jerry Schwinghammer

As the company’s Director of Technology Transformation, Jerry is responsible for Cignus’ IT technology and service consulting practice.  As a former airport Chief Technology Officer, Jerry has 30 years of hands-on leadership in applying technology solutions to airport planning, construction, and operations.   He has successfully deployed complex technology solutions across a broad range of airport environments in areas such as airport data analytics and digital twins, modeling & simulation, ERP, EAM, BHS, cyber security, network and cloud infrastructure and architecture, and digital dashboards.   Jerry has worked with airports and airlines globally to assess, define, and implement technology and digital transformation policies, standards, and agreements.  He holds certifications in airport management and planning, IT technology transformation, cloud computing, and change management.
