Cignus to help PANYNJ with Digital Transformation

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey selected Cignus to support enterprise digital transformation efforts across its airport portfolio.
Cignus Consulting has been selected by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ) to support digital transformation initiatives across the Port Authority's airport system, which includes JFK, Newark Liberty, LaGuardia, Teterboro, and Stewart airports.
The engagement focuses on developing comprehensive Digital Performance Standards for cross-operator data governance, and implementing an Azure-based Data Integration Platform at Newark Liberty Terminal B for real-time operations monitoring from Common Use Airport Systems and baggage handling telemetry.
The Digital Performance Standards deliver specific KPIs to operational staff, facilitating proactive issue identification, efficiency improvements, and enhanced passenger experience across the multi-airport system.
