Cignus served as the lead airside planner for the Newark Liberty Vision Plan, conducting TAAM-based simulations across multiple development alternatives.
Cignus served as the lead airside planner for the PANYNJ Newark Liberty Vision Plan, leading comprehensive TAAM fast-time simulation analyses to evaluate operational impacts and delays across multiple EWR development alternatives.
The team conducted iterative impact analyses to identify a preferred infrastructure development plan, providing rankings and comparative analyses between no-build and full-build scenarios under both VFR and IFR conditions.
Technical contributions included functional plans and Concepts of Operations for proposed airfield configurations, detailed aircraft parking plans using AutoCAD and AviPlan, and Departure Data Flow System variants for cargo and general aviation traffic.
