Cignus served as the lead airside planner for the PANYNJ Newark Vision Plan program, leading comprehensive fast-time simulation analyses to evaluate operational impacts and delays across multiple EWR development alternatives.
Key contributions included TAAM fast-time simulation, functional plans and Concepts of Operations for proposed airfield configurations, aircraft parking plans using AutoCAD and AviPlan, and designing Departure Data Flow System variants.
