Istanbul Grand Airport (IST) Airfield and Airspace Planning

Under a USTDA agreement with Istanbul Grand Airport (IGA), Cignus analyzed airside and airspace alternatives including RNAV/RNP airspace designs for three airports in the Istanbul TMA, working with Boeing/Jeppesen, IGA, and DHMI.

Cignus also led an Environmental Assessment with noise and air quality analyses, an Economic Impact Assessment, and an Implementation Plan aligning airport development with ATC airspace re-design and NextGen/SESAR technologies.
