Vinayak Khera, 'Vinnie'

As Cignus' President & CEO, Vinnie leads company strategy with more than 20 years of experience including 18+ years in aviation systems engineering, modeling and simulation, policy, and program management. He has played a central role in two of the FAA's PBN-centric Metroplex programs (Houston and North Texas) and has led fast-time modeling and airspace studies in New York, Orlando, Southern California, Boston, Florida, Dubai, Latvia, India, Philadelphia, and Chicago. He currently oversees airport and airspace re-design programs for JFK International, New Istanbul, and Moscow, and previously contributed to FAA NextGen NAS reviews and India's ATC and TFM CONOPS development.
